Selena Gomez is speaking out on the ongoing social media drama and a possible feud with friend Francia Raisa, who donated her kidney to the singer.

Gomez opened up the drama with a cover interview she did with Rolling Stone, in which she talked about feeling like an outcast in the music business.

Gomez shared, "I never fit in with a good group of girls who were celebrities. My only friend in the industry is Taylor, so I remember I wasn't."

A select part of that quote - "My only friend in the industry is really Taylor" was then shared on Instagram as the highlight of the interview. Raisa has since posted a deleted comment that read, simply and cryptically, "interesting."

In September 2017, Gomez, who required a transplant due to her struggle with lupus, received Raisa's kidney donation. The two have been close friends for about 15 years.
